I hand pour each candle to order just for you. Please keep in my mind I do everything myself, while being a teacher and mom of 3. I’m very proud of my processing and shipping times!
Current Processing Time for candles is 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted in the item description. Dough bowls, decor, sprays, spa gift sets, car accessories, and matches are shipped within 1-2 business days from ordering.
I typically get orders shipped within 2-4 days though. I do hand pour every candle to order just for you, so each candle has to be made once you place an order. Shirts and sweatshirts will have a delivery estimate on the checkout page.
Note: If Free shipping is selected, your item will shipped via USPS parcel select ground (2-5 business days delivery). You can choose to pay for USPS priority shipping (1-3 business days delivery) which also includes insurance on your package.
Items that include free shipping will ship via USPS priority mail (1-3 business days transit time)
During the holidays, transit time can take longer because of the busy season, and holiday delays, so be aware of that.
Since I am a small business with only myself running it, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the package and or its contents are damaged during delivery and transit, please file a claim with the carrier. The only way to get refunded if a packages is damaged or lost during transit is if you file a claim with USPS within 14 days of delivery or shipping. The link is below. Everything you need is on the shipping label. Once you file a claim and they accept it, they will refund you and you can place another order. If you file the claim before 60 days of receiving it with the information requested, which includes photos of the package and damaged contents, they typically approve all claims.
I can not do anything different than file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, so I just ask that you are responsible if this happens. Since starting my business in 2020, this has happened once.
I can not replace stolen or lost packages at this time. You can also file a claim for this.

All packages come wrapped with tissue paper, and filled with Kraft Crinkle Cut Paper to use for gifting! Each candle is also wrapped in bubble wrap. All of this ensures your package will arrive safely! I package them in the best possible way to ensure no damage is done, but once it leaves me, it is out of my hands.
Scent Exchange | 100% Scent Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the scent, you can mail it back to me (unlit and unused) and I will replace it for you. I am confident you will love any scent you choose, but I know it’s hard choosing scents online and sometimes our nose rejects a scent. You are responsible for shipping the item back.
I offer small candles and bundles so you can try scents if you are unsure, and recommend doing so if you are unsure. Also check out the scent description page and the guide to choosing a scent page that are in the main menu.
Other than the scent exchange, All sales are final. But I do look at returns on a case to case basis and always work with you, the customer, to get a solution. Since this is a small growing business with just myself and my husband, there are currently no exchanges or returns (unless you are doing the scent exchange).
*Please note that each dough bowl is handmade and hand carved, so each one is slightly different and slightly varies in size. around half an inch. This is what makes them very unique! They are also made to be rustic and have distressing marks and features.
I have no control of what happens to the package once it leaves my property. I package it the best possible way to keep it from being damaged during delivery. Please note in summer and warm months, there can be some slight melting of the soy wax, just because it’s all natural and has a lower melting point. It will not affect the quality or scent of the candle. You can use a heat gun to smooth out the top, as that is what I do with the candles! Or once you burn your candle, it will help even the wax out.
